It took me only 2 months to lose 35 pounds! I still have 15 pounds to lose but I’m happy with how far I’ve come. I traded in my fattening lifestyle with no exercise for a vegan diet and my weight started falling off like crazy! I workout at least 6 days a week and eat clean every day. I’m 5’8.5” for reference :)
So when I finished P90X at the end of September I finished at 114 lbs and I still incorporate P90X into my life along with drinking Shakeology. So when I checked my weight the other day I came in at 108 lbs!!!!

Don’t have a machine like this in your gym? Not a problem. The same results can be achieved by laying on your back and having someone stand at your head. Grab their ankles. Raise your legs (together) into the air and let the person whose ankles you’re holding push them down…but do NOT let your heels touch the floor. Always stop just before it gets to the floor and trust me, you’ll feel the BURN!
